We are now seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our Brisbane office in January 2026. As a Graduate Structural Engineer at STP Consultants, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across health, education, commercial, residential, and community projects. Assist in designing structural systems in concrete, steel, and timber. Prepare calculations, drawings, and technical documentation. Contribute to projects from concept design through to construction. Use software such as Structural Toolkit, RAPT, SpaceGass, and Inducta Suite. Collaborate with architects, builders, and multidisciplinary teams. Attend site visits, client meetings, and contribute to feasibility studies. Work on technically diverse and innovative projects shaping the built environment. You will have: A Bachelor of Engineering (Structural) completed within the last year or due by the end of 2025. Eligibility for membership with Engineers Australia. Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or permanent residency. A proactive mindset, creative thinking, and the drive to succeed on challenging, real‑world projects.
