Responsibilities We are looking for shift supervisors right now As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service. Qualifications / What it takes Do you have what it takes to join our crew? As a shift supervisor you will be an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate a real knack for leading, inspiring and supporting the crew to be at their best every shift and be a champion for the customer.
