We're on the lookout for a motivatedRecruitment Consultantto join our team inGladstone. As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environment, with a strong focus on blue‑collar roles across a range of local and national projects. You’ll be part of a supportive, down‑to‑earth teamof Managers and fellow Recruitment Consultants, playing a key role insourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled candidates. If you're passionate aboutpeople, process, and results, this could be your next big opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing: Shortlisting, phone screening, and interviewing candidates (face‑to‑face) Validating candidate qualifications, tickets, and licences Conducting reference checks and probity checks Coordinating medicals, inductions, travel, accommodation, and mobilisation Maintaining accurate records in our recruitment database Answering phone enquiries and directing calls as needed Providing general admin support and ad hoc assistance across the team What We’re Looking For: Prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant (preferred but not essential) Strong ability to prioritise, adapt, and work under pressure Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to work independently and as part of a team How to Apply: We’re excited to hear from you Submit your up‑to‑date CV highlighting relevant experience and qualifications — and don’t forget to include a brief note about yourself.
