LUXE Autohaus is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Sales Trainee. This is a full-time position that will provide you with all of the tools necessary to kick-start a successful career in the automotive sales industry. What You'll Be Doing Engaging with customers to understand their needs and requirements Demonstrating and presenting our range of luxury vehicles Conducting test drives and negotiating sales Maintaining a detailed knowledge of our product range and services Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Achieving individual and team sales targets Assisting with inventory management and administrative tasks What We're Looking For A passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in luxury vehicles Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers A driven and ambitious approach with a willingness to accomplish sales targets Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude The ability to work effectively in a team environment What We Offer As a family owned business, LUXE Autohaus is committed to providing all of our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
