We specialise in high-quality residential new builds, framing, and small renovations — with the added ability to deliver electrical services under the same roof. As we continue to expand, we’re offering a rare opportunity for the right candidate to step into a leadership role with the option to begin dual‑trade training in electrical and broaden their skillset. The Role We’re seeking a hands‑on, experienced Carpenter to supervise and support a small team while managing day‑to‑day site operations. This is an ideal role for someone who prides themselves on craftsmanship, leadership, and continuous learning. We are offering full support for anyone wanting to up‑skill their carpentry role and are looking for a more senior role. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise two carpenters/apprentices Deliver high‑quality framing, residential new builds, and renovation tasks Ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Coordinate with directors, subcontractors, and suppliers Maintain site organization, safety, and QBCC compliance Assist with scheduling, material orders, and workflow planning Optional: Begin developing skills in the electrical trade under our licensed electrical team About You Must hold a current QBCC licence Solid experience in residential construction and framing Confident leading small teams and communicating clearly Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent workmanship Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Current driver’s licence and White Card Interest in electrical upskilling (optional, but ideal) What We Offer Dual‑trade opportunity in carpentry + electrical (earn while you learn) Job freedom & autonomy — trusted to run your sites smoothly Bonuses based on performance and project outcomes RDOs for work–life balance Full‑time position or ABN contracting available Long‑term stability and growth with a supportive, expanding team Apply Now If you’re a motivated leader ready to take the next step and want the opportunity to broaden your trade skills, we’d love to hear from you.
