The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their team and work within a team aimed at ensuring the department has a dependable, secure and integrated information environment. The successful candidate ensures that each scrum has a clearly defined set of roles and rituals. Key Responsibilities Coach the Agile Release Train and teams and support Iteration Execution Facilitate team-level Program Increment Planning Coordinate with other Scrum Masters / Teams on the ART Promote continuous improvement including maturing the program team’s management of program and project activities using Agile methodology and the SAFe Skills and Experience SAFe certification - Certified SAFe DevOps Practitioner, Certified SAFe Scrum Master Experience performing a similar role within Defence, Defence Industry, or Australian Government setting Experience working in Agile delivery leadership Familiarity with Atlassian suite (desirable) Experience in cyber security (desirable) To apply for this opportunity, please click 'APPLY'.
