Sefton's Pharmacy – Pharmacy Technician/Webster Packer/Assistant Sefton's Pharmacy is seeking a part‑time Pharmacy Technician/Webster packer/Assistant to join our dedicated team in Campbelltown, NSW. We are an award‑winning small business in the local community. As a Pharmacy Technician/Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and safe operation of our pharmacy, assisting our pharmacists in providing high‑quality healthcare services to our valued patients. This part‑time position offers a flexible schedule to support work‑life balance. What you'll be doing Preparing and dispensing medication under the supervision of a pharmacist Helping in Webster packing / Dose Administration Aids Maintaining accurate patient records and inventory Assisting with the processing of prescriptions and other administrative tasks Providing excellent customer service to our patients Ensuring the pharmacy environment is clean, organised and compliant with relevant regulations Supporting the pharmacist in other duties as required What we're looking for Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and the pharmacy team Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently Relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Assistant, or a willingness to undertake on‑the‑job training Minimum of 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician or assistant is required Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, and inventory management A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure Australian citizenship is required for this position Relevant pharmacy qualifications or certifications are required Experience in pharmacy previously and experience in Webster packing/DAAs is required What we offer At Sefton's Pharmacy, we are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team.
