About the Role We’re seeking a hands‑on Powdercoating Supervisor to lead our small team and oversee all stages of the powdercoating process, including prep, blasting, coating, curing, testing, and packaging. Your focus will be on quality, efficiency, and maintaining the integrity of every finished product. This role reports to the State Operations Manager and is based at our Lawnton production facility. What You’ll Do Supervise daily powdercoating operations and team members Ensure high standards of finish, quality testing, and packaging Oversee product preparation, blasting, coating, curing, and inspections Maintain equipment, workflow, workplace safety, and housekeeping Monitor micron testing, record results, and manage non‑conformances Support stock accuracy through assembly management in Unleashed What We’re Looking For Strong supervisory experience in a production or coating environment High attention to detail and pride in delivering a premium finish Solid understanding of quality control and WHS procedures Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and equipment maintenance A leader who drives standards, teamwork, and accountability Why Join Supaguard?
