About the Role Our Brisbane office is currently seeking to appoint an Associate Engineer with significant engineering design experience, strong communication skills and the desire to mentor developing engineers within the group. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects in a client facing capacity, provide structural engineering expertise and ensuring the highest standards of quality. Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) Ideally 10+ years demonstrated experience in structural engineering Strong understanding of Australian design codes and standards Demonstrated experience at a senior level of project design and commercial outcomes for projects Experience in writing tenders and proposals, leading projects and communicating with clients An innovative and out of the box attitude to solutions and designs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Desire to develop their own team and client base Desire to win work with support from the Structures Team What's in it for you?
