You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner and follow all food safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for: Preparing and serving food and beverages to cafe standards. Greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and professional manner. Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately. Restocking supplies and ensuring the front-of-house is always well presented. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the cafe. Handling both cash and card payments efficiently. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following: 1 - 2 years of experience as a barista/cafe all rounder. Flexible availability with some weekends required. Experience in food handling would be ideal. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
