We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts & HR Administrator to join our team. Canning Accounting specialises in taxation, business services, self‑managed superannuation and management consulting. We are a progressive, medium‑sized firm based in Osborne Park with a diverse range of business and professional clients. Required skills and strengths Previous experience working in a professional accounting practice (preferred) Outstanding attention to detail (critical) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent computer skills with MS Office products including Word and Excel Key responsibilities Accounts receivable / accounts payable Client invoicing Payroll and management of employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting employee development and training covering wages, STP, superannuation Maintenance and compliance of practice trust account Client relationship management, specifically in relation to invoicing matters Meeting and greeting clients in reception ATO liaison in respect to clients debts/lodgements Maintain electronic and hard copy files Provide personal assistance to the partners Qualifications Completion of Year 12 or equivalent; vocational certificates or bachelor's degree preferred Experience with MS Office products Professional presentation Friendly, bubbly personality Confidentiality, sensitivity and integrity across all aspects of the role *Due to the high quantity of applications we are expecting, only short‑listed applicants will be notified.***We will NOT acknowledge nor respond to HR/recruitment companies contacting our office*** Application questions Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?
