Key Requirements: Desirable: Minimum 3 years of industry experience Proven ability to work within complex environments, either individually or as part of a team Desirable: Minimum Certificate IV industry‑recognised certificate Availability to cover rosters across a 24/7 period NDIS Worker Screening Check Current Medication Administration Certificate with at least 12 months of consistent experience Fully vaccinated (COVID‑19 including booster, and Flu) Manual Handling Certificate with at least 12 months of consistent experience Working With Children Check Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport Willingness to travel regionally with support from the Care Talent team to contribute to a fuel allowance within a reasonable proximity About The Role: As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to build their independence, develop daily living skills, and participate in their communities. You will have the opportunity to work within multiple teams and environments, which will increase your knowledge, skillset and capacity as you expand your career within the disability sector.
