Join our world and let's do good things together. About the Role We have a great opportunity for a passionate and experienced Assistant Planner to join our incredible Cotton On Womenswear team. You will enable our vision by providing your team with planning and analysis of sales performance and stock / purchasing control that will ensure we are maximising sales and identifying any opportunities. You will support your Planning and Buying teams, as well as our key stakeholders and suppliers by analysing historical data to predict future sales and will assist in managing stock accuracy, flow and volume to ensure the profitability of the brand. Responsibilities Provide planning and analysis of sales performance and stock / purchasing control to maximise sales and identify opportunities. Support the Planning and Buying teams, key stakeholders, and suppliers by analysing historical data to predict future sales. Assist in managing stock accuracy, flow and volume to ensure profitability of the brand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver planning insights that support customer delivery goals. Qualifications Relevant degree or qualification in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Finance, Analytics is highly regarded. Solid experience in a Planning Analyst role with exposure to sales budgets and using historical data to predict trends. Experience as an Assistant Planner is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make high-impact decisions for your category. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders. Self-motivated with great time management and high attention to detail.
