Senior Clinical Assistant / Reception role Looking for an outstanding opportunity to work in a proper integrated clinic - with stable hours, then this is the position for you About us We currently have an opportunity for a clinical assistant to work within our dedicated group of Chiropractors, Myotherapists, Health Coaches and Exercise Therapists. At Geelong Chiropractic, we are enthusiastic and passionate about delivering a premium, professional service to every one of our patients and we are now looking to expand our team with an individual who feels they can achieve the same level of expertise. Requirements Be available Saturdays mornings + to work until 7.30pm of a weekday Sales background a benefit but not essential Responsibilities Calling and booking clients Checking in clients and re-booking clients Upselling of promotional offers Technical assistance with our wellness equipment General Admin Benefits Complimentary Chiropractic adjustments Discounted all services Wholesale supplements Working in a rewarding and fulfilling career with happy clients Additional Details Permanent contract available for the right applicant (25-30 hours per week, possibility of going full time). Mixture of helping with bookings, taking phone calls and basic administration. Prevents burn out by offering mostly half days. Opportunity to be up-skilled into potential health coaching roles (if interested). All training provided.
