Senior Azure Infrastructure Solutions Engineer We are seeking a highly experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and deliver enterprise‑grade cloud environments with precision and confidence. This role suits someone who values real engineering, clear documentation, and strong client interaction—without unnecessary detail or fluff. About the Role You will lead the design and implementation of Azure solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid environments. The role includes running workshops, producing clean documentation, and delivering multiple client projects concurrently. If you can translate business needs into practical Azure architectures and own outcomes end‑to‑end, this position is ideal. What You'll Be Doing Designing and delivering Azure infrastructure solutions including AVD, networking, identity, storage, security, and monitoring. Producing HLDs, LLDs, As‑Built documentation, and architectural decision records. Running structured client workshops, assessments, deep‑dives, and demos. Managing delivery from planning to completion across multiple customer environments. Conducting environment assessments and optimising Azure estates for cost, performance, and governance. Automating builds using ARM, Bicep, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and DevOps tools. Leading PoCs, discovery sessions, and technical reviews. Translating insights from Monitor, Advisor, Defender, and governance tools into actionable improvements. Contributing to presales, service development, and Azure practice evolution including Copilot and AI‑driven enhancements. Sharing knowledge and mentoring the wider team. What We’re Looking For 10+ years working with Microsoft technologies. 5+ years in consulting or managed services delivering Azure solutions. Strong capability across Azure IaaS/PaaS, networking (VNets, routing, load balancing), identity, AVD, storage, and security. Experience with hybrid integration, migrations, governance, CSP, and entitlement models. Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, and serverless patterns is a plus. Confident communicator able to lead workshops and present to technical and business audiences. Preferred certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-140, SC-300 , or Azure Solutions Architect Expert . Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI‑optimisation tools is advantageous. Who You Are You take ownership, stay organised, and deliver outcomes without handholding.
