Head of Corporate Strategy and Innovation Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia We invite you to lead SBS's organisational strategy and drive innovation initiatives across the organisation. This full-time, hybrid role based in Sydney reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will provide strategic advice to senior leaders, oversee the annual strategic planning cycle and manage a small team. Our purpose is to showcase multicultural, multilingual and First Nations stories that are otherwise untold in Australian media. The Role Leading organisation-wide strategic planning and coordinating the annual corporate planning process. Providing high-quality strategic advice, insights and thought leadership to the CFO, Managing Director, Executive and Board. Identifying and driving innovation, growth and partnership opportunities that support SBS's Charter, commercial sustainability and long-term strategic priorities. Overseeing and conducting market, audience, industry and competitor analysis to inform enterprise decision-making. Managing strategic projects, frameworks and models to evaluate and progress strategic initiatives. About You A proven background in strategic planning, corporate strategy, management consulting or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience providing strategic advice to senior executives and boards. Strong capability in strategic problem-solving, financial modelling and developing clear, insight-driven recommendations. Experience leading people and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives. A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to identify innovation, partnership and growth opportunities aligned to organisational priorities.
