Data Entry Specialist - Sydney About Us: Location - New South Wales/Queensland/Victoria, Australia  Function - Strategy Department - Strategy & Pricing Working Pattern - In Office; Part-time, Project-based for 6 months Benefits – Benefits and Rewards Salary - this will be discussed at the next stage of the process, if you do have any questions, please feel free to reach out Ideagen is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support ongoing business operations. The role involves entering, updating, and maintaining critical information in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities:Input and update customer, sales, and business data in Salesforce. Verify accuracy of information and resolve inconsistencies. Perform regular audits to maintain data quality. Communicate with sales and support teams when additional clarification of data is required. Generate simple reports from Salesforce as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data security policies. Skills and Experience:Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred. Strong attention to detail. Fast and accurate typing skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
