The Opportunity: Quality Engineering & Testing Recruitment Consultant This is a warm, established desk - We're looking for someone to take over this desk and make it your own. You’ll be stepping into a space with opportunity right off the bat, backed by relationships we’ve been building for years. We are in a position to support a recruitment consultant with a few years of solid experience, right up to a highly experienced principal level consultant for this role. Here’s where your work will come from: Warm introductions & roles from our current QE & Testing client base (including some of Australia’s best‑known brands). Your own efforts - building new relationships, opening doors, and shaping how this desk grows. Why now? What You’ll Be Doing Taking over and growing an established Quality Engineering & Testing desk. Partnering with clients across perm and contract roles. Leveraging existing accounts for hiring across QE & Testing. Winning new clients and deepening long‑term partnerships. Delivering an exceptional candidate experience every time. What We’re Looking For A recruiter with a proven track record (QE & Testing experience is great, but definitely not essential if you’ve got the drive). Someone who enjoys business development and building lasting relationships. A commercial, proactive operator who is motivated by results.
