Overview Join Our Team as a Custodian – Help Us Make Properties Shine Are you passionate about cleanliness, attention to detail, and providing exceptional service? We’re looking for dedicated housekeeping staff to join our team as Custodians and make sure our properties are ready for new tenants or inspections. As a Custodian, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our housing portfolio is hygienic, safe, and visually appealing. Responsibilities Perform custodial tasks across our housing portfolio Mop, steam clean floors, and clean carpets, lounges, and upholstered furniture Remove calcium scale buildup from showers and bathrooms Dust and remove cobwebs, and clean blemishes from surfaces (high and low) Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction Maintain cleaning supplies and keep track of inventory Follow health and safety guidelines on-site and in the workplace Assist with any other reasonable duties as requested Qualifications Australian Citizen Work Environment & Physical Demands Office environment, with occasional lifting (up to 10kgs) Regular walking, bending, kneeling, and sitting Constant use of speech and hearing for communication Must be able to work under deadlines Additional Requirements This role requires the successful applicant to obtain and retain an NV1 Department of Defence Security Clearance and medical clearance.
