Zenviron are seeking a highly motivated Civils Project Engineer for large-scale Renewable Energy projects located in New South Wales.If you are an experienced and driven Civils Project Engineer, who wants to be a part of key growth across the renewables sector, come and join the inclusive and high performing Zenviron team.Key responsibilities will include:* Work closely with the Project Manager and Engineering Team to ensure project objectives are met on time with respect to cost, safety, and quality.* Lead the work pack development for the project.* Review project documentation and raise technical queries related to the project.* Provide engineering/technical support and advice to on-site Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of works.* Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.* Work in accordance with quality assurance procedures, based on customer and ISO requirements.* Assembling and maintaining project documentation and quality records for the project ensuring completeness and accuracy.What you will bring:* An Australian recognised, tertiary qualification in Civils Engineering.* Ideally demonstrable experience in Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) or Wind Farm construction.* Demonstratable experience in Substation construction, including installation, testing and commissioning of high voltage electrical work (highly regarded).* Site based industry experience as a Project Engineer within the substation, renewable energy or construction industry.* Excellent written and technical skills and a confident user of MS Office Suite.* An innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.* Clear and engaging communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.* Driven commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.* Proof of right to work in Australia.To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.Through utilising your time management skills you will have the ability to manage multiple aspects of work concurrently, and for this we offer an attractive remuneration package.We are committed to our philosophy of Empowering People and encourage innovation and creative thinking.
