K&S Disability Care is hiring a Casual/Temporary Disability Support Worker role in Frankston, VIC. Apply now to be part of our team. Job Summary 1 year of relevant work experience required. Casual/Temporary hours. Working rights required. Immediate start. Expected salary: $31 - $35 per hour. Responsibilities Work within individuals' homes, workplaces, and community settings. Provide personal and physical care (grooming, toileting, meal preparation, home support, transportation, medication administration). Assist in the use of physical and communication aids, personal equipment. Support clients in pursuing hobbies and community relationships. Facilitate access to recreational and transportation services (public transport, taxis, Achieve Australia vehicles). Advocate and facilitate community engagement opportunities for clients, families, and significant others. Complete client documentation, case notes, and manage medical documentation and communication booklets. Qualifications & Requirements Strong interpersonal, role‑modeling, and customer service skills. Problem‑solving abilities with adaptability to changing environments. Understanding of and commitment to NDIS, Code of Conduct, and Workplace Health & Safety. Awareness of human rights and challenges for people with disabilities. Current VIC Driver's License – mandatory. CPR, First aid. National Police Check. Full comprehensive car insurance. A Certificate III in Disability (or higher) – mandatory. Applicants without this qualification will not be considered. Schedule & Salary Flexible hours available – Monday to Sunday, Morning, Afternoon, Evening. Expected start: ASAP. Expected salary: $31 - $35 per hour.
