Service Delivery Manager Positive Behaviour Support‑Metropolitan Services For 9 years, YesAbility has been transforming lives across Western Australia—integrating highly vulnerable individuals into their communities and creating pathways to independence for people living with complex mental health, intellectual disability, autism, and trauma. We have been expanding our metropolitan services and are seeking a talented and experienced manager to lead our south metropolitan service team. This isn’t just a management role. It’s a chance to be part of contributing to making a positive contribution to the lives of participants in the Perth Metropolitan area What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership Drive the expansion of metropolitan PBS services. Develop and implement service delivery frameworks that balance clinical excellence with operational efficiency. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for practitioners. Build and maintain relationships with NDIS partners, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders. Operational Excellence Oversee caseload management for our teams (current client-to-practitioner ratio). Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards. Monitor KPIs including utilization rates, billable hours, and client outcomes. Manage divisional budget including marketing allocation and CPD investments. Team Development Mentor and support team leads and practitioners based in our south metropolitan office. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and clinical excellence. Facilitate regular supervision, case consultation, and professional development. Champion YesAbility’s values: kindness, collaboration, and community impact. Clinical Governance Maintain NDIS PBS registration and ensure all practitioners meet professional body requirements as well as supporting transition through the capability framework. Oversee quality assurance processes and participate in internal/external audits. Drive innovation in service delivery, including Virtual Reality therapy integration. Ensure evidence-based practice across all PBS interventions. Qualifications & Experience Relevant qualification in an allied health background: Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology. Working with Children's card, NDIS clearance and current driving license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission. Registration with NDIS as a PBS practitioner – proficient, advanced or specialist.
