The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey building a new home. In your new role, you will:
Take responsibility for engaging with prospective customers at our display homes, website enquiries, walk-ins and other modes of enquiry generationQualify customers with their budget, design & lifestyle requirements.Progress customers through the sales and design process.Evaluate and connect with the client in a short period of time and demonstrate you understand their wants and needs.Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers at various stages of their journey and engage regularly with the client by providing value and support during a time that they make one of their largest financial decisions in their lives.Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions.Be a genuine sales star – it doesn’t matter what industry you are currently in; we’ll teach you what you need to know to succeed at this role.To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and values of Construct Property Group.An outgoing, confident personality with the ability to be highly engaging – people want to talk to you.Great communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent problem-solving skills, can you think outside the square to achieve an outcome?Be highly ambitious in wanting to achieve results.Most importantly, a passion for working with and helping people.Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends (not every weekend as it is a rotating roster with the pre-established sales crew.Opportunity for further advancementFor the right candidate there will be an opportunity of development into the Sales and Marketing Manager.RemunerationOur Consultants are all currently earning over $150k/year with most earning upwards of $250k/year.
