About the Role We’re looking for a Producer who can bring structure, flow, and rhythm to our creative world. You’ll be the bridge between vision and execution, managing everything from shoot logistics and creative planning to post‑production delivery. This role is for someone who loves both the art and the organisation behind the creatives. What You’ll Do Lead and coordinate production across branded content, commercials, and creative campaigns. Manage timelines, budgets, and schedules with precision and care. Liaise with clients, directors, crew, and post‑production teams to keep everything flowing smoothly. Coordinate logistics — permits, equipment, call sheets, talent, and locations. Oversee pre‑production (storyboards, shot lists, creative decks) and ensure execution matches vision. Review edits and manage post‑production delivery deadlines of photos and videos. Help shape and elevate the creative process — from concept to completion. You’ll Bring Strong organisational and communication skills. A creative eye — you understand storytelling, basic video and photo production, not just scheduling. Confidence working with tight timelines. A calm, adaptable mindset — you thrive in fast‑moving environments. A proactive nature — you don’t wait for direction, you take initiative. #J-18808-Ljbffr
