We’re now looking for a Group Financial Controller to join our leadership team and oversee our finance function, including a local and offshore team, based at our newly renovated head office in Ringwood. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Board, lead the finance function end‑to‑end, and help shape the company’s financial strategy as we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals (onshore and offshore) Manage day‑to‑day accounting, financial planning, and analysis Oversee financial reporting (weekly, monthly, tri‑monthly), compliance, and ATO obligations Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple entities Take ownership of P&L performance for both freight and SaaS operations Manage invoicing and revenue recognition across varied contract structures Drive supplier negotiations and debtor management to optimise cash flow Manage credit approvals and monitor financial risk across customer and supplier bases Maintain corporate structures and support any strategic restructuring activity Support commercial decision‑making through accurate, timely insights About you You’re an experienced Financial Controller (5+ years in a similar role), confident operating at both strategic and operational levels. You bring commercial acumen, excellent leadership capability, and a hands‑on attitude. What you’ll also have Proven experience managing finance in a mid‑sized or growth business Strong leadership and team development skills Sharp analytical and reporting capability Excellent time management and communication skills A track record in supplier and debtor negotiation Experience in logistics or SaaS preferred but not essential How to apply If this sounds like the right fit, apply now via Seek with your CV and a short cover letter outlining your interest.
