About the Position A highly motivated Rehabilitation Consultant needed to collaborate with treatment providers and support injured workers through assessment, reporting, and workplace education. This role is based in our Central Coast team and involves multiple site visits. Responsibilities Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal recovery outcomes for clients. Provide clinical opinions and justification through detailed report writing. Attend a variety of workplaces weekly to understand the physical demands and responsibilities of different job roles, facilitating safe and timely return to work or maintenance. Educate workplaces on injury management and prevention. Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients. Qualifications Registered AHPRA or ESSA professional. Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy. Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Innovative mindset, bringing new ideas to the organization.
