Operating Nationally, they deliver major new build projects in Commercial, Residential, Government, Education, Health & Industrial.Due to project requirements, they are now resourcing for a project in Regional NSW, releasing a vacancy for a Project Engineer.Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign management and coordination Client coordination and liaison Budget, estimating and reporting Site Establishment and planning Construction coordination and management RequirementsConstruction Management/Building or equivalent Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder Proven industry experience on $10M+ projects Previous experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration. Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements.
