Position Summary Banhams WA is seeking a dedicated Fire Door Installer to join our team in the Greater Perth Area. This is a full‑time, on‑site role responsible for the professional installation, repair, and maintenance of fire doors in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Daily tasks include inspecting, measuring, and fitting fire doors, ensuring proper alignment and functionality, and providing accurate documentation of completed work. The role requires collaboration with other technicians, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve on‑site challenges effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in fire door installation, repair, and maintenance, with knowledge of compliance standards and regulations. Hands‑on experience with measuring, cutting, and fitting doors and frames. Understanding and implementation of safety protocols and risk management while working on‑site. Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills for collaborating in a team setting. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and compliance documents. Prior experience in the construction, fire protection, or related industry is highly advantageous. Certification or qualification in carpentry, joinery, or a related trade is preferred. A valid driver's license and the ability to work in the Greater Perth Area.
