What You’ll Be Doing Achieve key performance goals and deliver outstanding results Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service Create engaging job advertisements and manage multi-platform campaigns Screen applications and conduct interviews with care and precision Complete reference checks and assess candidate suitability Develop a profound understanding of client industries, culture, and workforce needs Use smart questioning and marketing strategies to generate new business leads Provide administrative support and maintain an accurate candidate database Manage timesheets and assist with onboarding for temporary staff Ensure compliance with NWF policies and integrated systems About You At least two years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or workforce coordination Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPIs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding Strong administrative and database management skills A proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service Knowledge of workplace health and safety and compliance standard Why National Workforce?
