Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (Clinic & Community) Permanent - full time and flexible hours • Spearwood, Perth, WA Overview Concentric is a multidisciplinary allied health team delivering high quality, client centred care. We are seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Burwood clinic team and support adolescents and adults with a range of diagnoses and presentations to improve their mental health and well-being. Responsibilities Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions Conducting a variety of assessments for participants of all ages and all disabilities Develop, deliver and monitor interventions and strategies for the management of behaviours of concern Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team Complete reports and work towards goals within the NDIS plans Why Concentric?
