Bridge the Gap Between Data and Business Success We're seeking an Analytics Partner to join our Empowered Intelligence team where you will connect business strategy with data-driven solutions, turning complex information into actionable insights. This role offers the opportunity to shape how data analytics drives business outcomes in a dynamic environment. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation, with scope to influence both immediate and long-term organisational success. Your Day Will See You Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where data analytics can drive value. Develop and deliver strategic insights using advanced analytics tools. Create and maintain shared roadmaps for data-driven initiatives. Provide expert guidance in data analytics and product capabilities. Conduct financial and scenario modelling to support business decisions. About You Proficiency in analytics platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, or advanced Excel). Working knowledge of SQL and cloud platforms (AWS). Understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes. Experienced in financial modelling and business analysis. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Prior experience in a similar role within superannuation or financial services. Track record in rapid development environments.
