About the Role: As Assistant Store Manager , you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You\'ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader. You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.
