Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Technical delivery of a wide range of Civil engineering projects. Carry out concept and detailed design of civil related projects and liaise with the drafting team to develop deliverables Project management, site inspection, and contract administration related to delivering Civil Engineering projects Monitoring project performance and budgets. Working closely with a diverse client base, responding efficiently to client's needs, including attendance at meetings and inspections. Work using Australian & Local Authority Standards and established industry practices. What you'll Bring Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in Civil Engineering, ideally related to aspects such as Civil engineering design, Land development, Construction supervision & contract administration, Project management and Client liaison. Experience in 12D and/or Autocad would be well regarded but not essential. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, working towards attaining RPEQ status within the next 1-5 years. Ability to engage in a collaborative way, focusing on development of people, culture, and outcomes. Developed, or ability to develop, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, with a keen aptitude to work with clients to achieve practical and optimise outcomes. Ability to develop technical skills to deliver relevant Civil Engineering services with a passion for best practises, continuous improvement, and innovation. Ability to engage with the team to develop skills and share knowledge as appropriate. You will be a permanent resident of Australia or hold/be progressing towards, Australian Citizenship. With flexibility of working locations available for the right candidate, we are ideally looking for someone to be based in the Warwick or Ipswich office. This role would be ideally suited to someone who wants to live out of the city but still wants to grow their career and be engaged in exciting and interesting engineering projects.
