About the role: Reporting to the Finance Coordinator, this role will provide broad support to the Finance team while resources focus on a business process improvement project. The position will be instrumental in assisting with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Purchasing functions. What you’ll bring to the role: The ideal candidate will align with the City's Values and be able to demonstrate the below competencies: High level of numeracy, clerical and bookkeeping skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Well-developed computer and Microsoft software skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Good knowledge of general administrative and finance procedures and practices. Pre-employment Requirements: Current C Class Driver’s Licence. National Police Clearance (less than six months old). Proof of right to work in Australia.
