Telephone Crisis Supporters Upcoming information nights 21 October and 12 November 2025 at 6pm online. We are looking for individuals who want to make a direct, real and meaningful impact in someone's life. Our volunteers give their time, energy and expertise generously to achieve our Vision of an Australia free of suicide, so that no person has to face their darkest moments alone. Lifeline South Coast is truly grateful for the support of our volunteers. You do not need any specific qualifications to volunteer as a Crisis Supporter. The comprehensive training provided to our volunteers will ensure you are qualified to offer a high standard of crisis support that keeps people safe. Volunteer Profile Good listeners, empathetic, compassionate and committed to supporting others. A compulsory information night for each course will be held online. You must attend the information night to be eligible to apply.
