We are looking for an experienced and values‑aligned Operations Manager to lead our operational delivery and help shape the next stage of our growth. About the Role Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of PMW’s contracts and projects—ensuring safe delivery, strong commercial performance, and positive client relationships. This role suits a hands‑on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem‑solving, and is committed to supporting people and strengthening culture. Key Responsibilities Lead safe, efficient and profitable delivery of mining, civil, crushing & screening contracts. Manage staffing requirements across all contracts, ensuring operational teams are effectively resourced, supported, and performing to expectations. Oversee planning, scheduling, reporting, cost control and contract compliance. Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and operational teams. Drive WHS performance, risk management, and continuous improvement. Support tenders, operational input for pricing, and business growth. Oversee plant and equipment utilisation, performance and availability. Foster a collaborative, accountable and high‑performing work culture. About You 5–10 years’ operational leadership experience within the mining or resources sector. Qualifications in Business, Engineering, Mining, Project Management or similar are very well regarded. Strong contract management, WHS leadership and commercial capability. Proven ability to lead teams, oversee day‑to‑day site or project operations, and build strong, lasting working relationships. Resilient, adaptable, solution‑focused, and aligned with PMW values. Experience with crushing & screening, civil projects or mining operations is highly regarded. Why Join PMW?
