About The Role As our new Global Forecasting Principal, you will be a strategic partner, leading scenario planning and sensitivity analyses that help shape portfolio priorities, launch strategies, and long-term growth ambitions. You’ll work at the heart of our Global Commercial Operations & Marketing Excellence organisation, engaging with colleagues across our Early Asset Strategy Team, Access & Pricing Teams, Medical Affairs, and Global Product Teams for both pipeline products as well as Business Development cases. Your insights will guide senior decision-makers and help ensure patients worldwide benefit from innovations as quickly and effectively as possible. In a typical week you will: Lead scenario-based forecasting and sensitivity analysis to explore market opportunities and challenge core assumptions. Partner with cross-functional teams toco-design strategies that balance opportunity, risk, and patient impact. Facilitate workshops that align diverse perspectives on portfolio strategy. Present clear, compelling recommendations to senior leadership, turning data into insight and insight into action. Mentor colleagues, sharing best practices in strategic thinking and analysis. Contribute to refining our methodologies, making our work even more effective and inclusive. About You You bring a blend ofstrategic thinking, analytical rigour, and collaborative energy . Your curiosity drives you to ask questions others may overlook, and you have a knack for connecting data with a bigger purpose. We believe great candidates come from many backgrounds, if you don’t tick every box below, we still encourage you to apply: 8+ years’ experience in pharma, strategic analytics, or consulting, with a focus on forecasting, scenario planning, or market strategy. Skilled at distilling complex insights into engaging narratives that inspire action. An understanding of global pharmaceutical markets and competitive dynamics. Comfortable with changing priorities and complex stakeholder landscapes.
