Are you an experienced Project Manager within the construction industry or a Junior Project Manager looking to step up? Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead, oversee and coordinate the team by being accountable for ensuring all supervisors and contractors are delivering on time and within budget, ensuring a safe work environment. This is an opportunity for you to work on defense and government refurbishment and fit out projects in Darwin. About the Role Maintain the highest standard of EHSQ Deliver a project (or projects) from preconstruction to completion of defect liability period Build and maintain positive relationships both with project teams and external stakeholders Manage the financial and operational excellence across projects Understand and comply with relevant policies and practices Manage the development of project teams Identify and create strategies for profit improvement Manage project finance Develop and maintain positive client relationships Ensure system compliance Quality management & defect minimisation Requirements 2-5 years Project Management experience within the commercial construction, ideally in Fit out and Refurbishment Able to pass a defence clearance (DCAC) Experience working on projects $5M+ Strong knowledge of head contracts and subcontracts Solid understanding of project methodology, cost reporting, and programming Solid experience in interpreting specifications and drawings for accuracy and buildability Ability to manage a project to Australian Safety Standards Experience with JOBPAC and Procore (desired) Proven dedication to EHSQ principles Benefits Salary range of $150K to $170K + Commissions + Super Permanent full-time position 5 extra paid leave days every year Personalised Career Development roadmap Next Steps If you have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, apply now with your current resume.
