Occupational Therapist / Senior Occupational Therapist We are looking for an occupational therapist who is committed to delivering meaningful outcomes, whether you are just starting your career or have years of experience. What You’ll Do Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, including mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions. Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Alexandria or Silverwater office. Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work‑life balance. Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and positive behaviour support practitioners dedicated to making a real community impact. Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential. Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture. Who You Are You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in occupational therapy. You have current AHPRA membership (or pending). You have full Australian working rights (or pending). You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence. You have or are willing to obtain an NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
