Family-owned and operated since 2013, our hands-on approach and commitment to providing personalised and customisable service to our clients set us apart from our competitors.WTC is seeking a highly skilled workshop Supervisor to join our Maintenance division based in Narrabri.Your New RoleWe are looking for a self-motivated maintenance supervisor with the drive and passion to develop a culture focused on safety and efficiency that will deliver high availability and reliability to our clients and our internal equipment fleet.Based in our Narrabri WorkshopMonday to Friday or Monday to ThursdayVehicle and Phone SuppliedFamily-friendly workplace culture.Duties and Responsibilities:Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly;Work closely with clients to deliver their projectsDemonstrated experience in a Leadership / Supervisory role with the ability to provide positive leadership and conflict managementAbility to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workloadProven experience in delivery of machine Rebuilds or Fleet Management;Monitor and oversee day-to-day maintenance requirements for our fleetProvide regular updates to clients and Managers on our fleet and any repairs or maintenance requirement;To be successful in this role you will need:HD Mechanical or Auto Electrician Trade Qualification with previous Caterpillar experience being advantageous10 plus years experience in maintaining heavy plant industrySound computer knowledge and skillsProven people and leadership skillsAbility to deliver to deadlines and ensure maintenance activities are performed timely in accordance with company guidelinesHigh level of safety and quality standardsHigh level of problem-solving skillsEffective planning and organisation skills including the establishment of goals, setting priorities and scheduling activitiesExperience in monitoring and maintaining budgetsWe have cultivated a friendly and supportive working environment with a management team that are passionate about the industry and the future of WTC.
