We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Full Time Sales Associate to join our Flagship Store in Queen Street Mall, Brisbane CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to advance their careers in the luxury jewellery and watch market. Successful candidates can look forward to long‑term career growth, with opportunities for progression. While previous luxury retail or jewellery experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. The Role As a Sales Associate at Wallace Bishop, your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service. Achieving set sales targets and KPIs. Maintaining outstanding store presentation. Ensuring operational excellence. Possessing extensive product knowledge. About you We are looking for candidates who have the following qualities: Ability to meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service. A team‑oriented mindset, contributing to team goals and overall success. High level of personal presentation. Knowledge of security and stock handling procedures. Basic computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and accuracy at all times. Entry‑level experience in retail presentation and merchandising.
