This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic role in aligning our people strategy with operational goals, while supporting leaders across a diverse range of site locations. As a trusted advisor, you’ll be the primary HR contact for operational leaders—providing expert guidance, coaching, and support across all facets of people management. You’ll lead the implementation of Macmahon’s people frameworks, champion our core values, and help foster a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports our workforce and drives business success.
