Summary We’re seeking a Senior Communications Delivery Specialist to contribute to the delivery of Transurban’s outbound communications across email, SMS, print and other channels. Join our Partnerships & Marketing team in a hands on role focused on optimising the processing and delivery of critical business communications. You’ll be responsible for reconciliation, reporting, budget management, issue resolution, and uplifting delivery processes. Acting as the team’s representative on projects and BAU initiatives, you’ll help reimagine customer experiences and improve business outcomes. Day to day, you will: Act as team representative in cross functional projects and squads Attend meetings as a subject matter expert in marketing delivery and design Document, track and manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets and stakeholders Oversee daily monitoring of outbound data files to external providers, ensuring SLAs are met Identify and resolve issues in communications processing and delivery Map, design and document new or revised processes to improve efficiency and customer experience Manage incident resolution and elevate major issues as required Provide testing support across SIT, UAT and PVT phases Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports and reconciliation processes Manage financial administration including purchase orders, invoicing and accruals Requirements 5+ years experience managing customer and/or business communications processing and delivery Experience with digital communications distribution platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud Relationship management experience with third party mail houses Process driven with client and mailhouse experience; business analytic skills highly desirable Strong organisational skills and demonstrated project delivery experience Robust analytical and problem solving skills Advanced written and verbal communication skills Incident management experience in service management or technical support Stakeholder management and influencing skills Outcomes focused, flexible and collaborative mindset We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all requirements.
