Part-Time (Pro-Rata) Senior Accountant – Join a Growing Team in Castle Hill We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time (Pro rata) Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team based in Castle Hill, NSW We offer an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who is eager to contribute to a growing business while developing their skills in a supportive and fast‑paced environment. Reporting Structure Reports to: CFO Key Responsibilities Oversee and support timely and accurate sales and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Oversee and support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including bank and account reconciliations. Assist with month‑end closing tasks, including journal entries and financial statement preparation. Manage and support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, Channel P&L and financial projections. Contribute to project management related to channel operations and performance. Maintain accurate records across all General Ledger (GL) accounts. Oversee and support end‑to‑end payroll processing (weekly/monthly), including superannuation payments. Collaborate with internal teams to align financial processes with business operations. Support implementation and optimisation of financial systems, tools, and process improvements. Tax compliance: BAS / Payroll Tax / IAS. Systems management: MYOB, Amazon, Shopify, Phocas. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and administrative support to the CFO. Continuously seek ways to improve financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Apply and promote best practices in financial management and internal controls. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CA qualified preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role. Solid understanding of accounting principles, standards and financial regulations. Permanent residency in Australia (non‑permanent residents would not be considered). Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with MYOB, Acumatica, or similar accounting software desirable. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Part‑Time Options 3 full days (8 hour/day) – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, or 5–5.5 hours/day Monday to Friday Application Questions Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
