Cleaning Supervisor – RAAF Laverton In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at the RAAF Laverton Military Area. About the role As a Cleaning Supervisor , you’ll oversee cleaning operations across Defence Living and Working accommodation and recreational spaces, including Messes, kitchens, bars and function areas. Key Responsibilities Organise and assign cleaning tasks across various areas, ensuring smooth operations. Set cleaning schedules, create checklists and conduct audits to maintain high standards. Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring cleaning tools, products and waste systems are functional and stocked. Supervise staff, support their training and development, and manage performance or conduct issues. Manage budgets and control cleaning costs, reporting changes or concerns to management. Use leadership and operational oversight to deliver high‑quality, efficient cleaning services. About you At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or cleaning role. Certificate III in First Aid (advantageous). Safety‑focused leader who drives accountability and continuous improvement. Strong multitasking and time‑management skills. Proficient with Windows‑based office systems. Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and safety. Problem‑solver with a drive for continual improvement.
