As Team Leader, you will provide leadership, operational oversight, and mentoring to a multi-skilled team delivering Financial Counselling, Therapeutic Counselling, Community Engagement, and Venue Support services. You will drive program quality, compliance, and innovation to achieve positive outcomes for clients. About You We are looking for a motivated, values-driven leader with experience in counselling and team management. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on support for practitioners. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage change, and foster collaboration will be key to success. Skills & Attributes Mandatory qualifications: Diploma of Financial Counselling (or working towards completion within two years) and eligibility for FCVic membership or Relevant tertiary qualification with eligibility for registration / membership with AHPRA, AASW, PACFA, or Psychology Board of Australia Demonstrated experience as a counsellor Experience leading and supporting teams Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to manage service delivery, compliance, and program development Our Organisation Cafs (Child and Family Services Ballarat) is an independent community service organisation with over 160 years of history.
