Operations Supervisor

As the Operations Supervisor at Cookers Bulk Oil Systems, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our Tomago, NSW distribution depot. This is a full‑time position that will see you managing a team of drivers and warehouse staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our products to customers across the region. What you’ll be doing Supervising and directing the team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery and collection of oils Overseeing the receipt, storage and dispatch of bulk oil and related products Coordinating delivery schedules and routes to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction Monitoring inventory levels and ordering stock as required to meet demand Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Providing regular performance feedback and coaching to team members Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes What we’re looking for Proven experience in a similar supervisor or team leader role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team Working knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations Forklift license and experience operating material handling equipment (desired but not essential) MR/HR license (desired but not essential) A commitment to promoting a positive safety culture What we offer Competitive salary, full training and uniform supplied Opportunities for career advancement and skills development Discounts on our premium range of oils Support from a local, State and National network About us Cookers Bulk Oil Systems is a leading supplier of premium quality bulk oil systems to customers across Australia.
