Graduate Software Engineer – ResMed We are looking for a Software Engineer with experience in programming and AWS cloud services to join the Test Engineering team. This role involves software development, design and testing to support testing activities in DHT web, mobile and cloud applications, and collaboration with global Product Development teams in Sydney, San Diego and Halifax. These applications are designed for clinicians involved in the care and management of patients with obstructive sleep apnea and respiratory disorders. Responsibilities Apply software development skills and AWS knowledge to design and develop test automation solutions. Enhance tools and applications for the current test automation framework using modern software development frameworks and data science concepts. Propose, define and implement processes and solutions for improved software development. Resolve complex problems with efficient designs and implementations. Perform design reviews and test code inspections to optimize applications. Collaborate within teams and with cross-functional stakeholders to drive discussions. Maintain up-to-date technical skills and awareness of state-of-the-art advancements. Qualifications and Experience Required: Computer Science, Engineering or Science degree or equivalent experience. Experience in at least one programming language (Python or Java). Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Machine Learning methodologies and GenAI with hands-on experience/projects. Good understanding of cloud networking concepts. Preferred: Container tooling – Docker. Experience with CI/CD automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions/Pipelines). AWS, Terraform.
