We have created an experience to entertain our customers from morning to night. About You: Minimum 1 year Reception / Administration experience Minimum 1 year experience working at supervisory/management level is desirable but not essential Computer proficiency; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Experience with a Property Management System desirable Must be able to remain cool and calm in high pressure situations Efficiency and attention to detail with incident reporting Proven real-life examples of exceptional customer service and service recovery skills High attention to detail with ability to multi-task effectively Positive and trustworthy work ethic, adaptable to change and love being part of a team Flexibility and availability to work a rotating roster (yes, this means working some weekends and public holidays - this is when we are most lively) Availability to work the night shift What's in it for You?
