The Role As a Senior Consultant – Stakeholder Engagement, you’ll play a pivotal role in linking business areas with the Communications directorate to ensure all communication activity is strategic, coordinated, and aligned with departmental priorities. Drawing on your extensive experience in managing communications strategies and campaigns, you’ll provide high level advice to senior leaders on risks, opportunities and messaging. You’ll also build strong, collaborative partnerships across the Department, improving coordination and alignment, and helping teams plan and deliver communication that makes a genuine impact. Communication / Stakeholder Engagement Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment. Critical thinking / Problem solving Highly developed research, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems aligned to strategic direction.
